Netra is currently the Sales and Marketing Manager at Human to Human Cambodia, one of the Promising Professional Recruitment Company in Cambodia. She graduated from a dual Master Degree from two of the leading universities in Germany and Japan with a Master of Engineering in Renewable Energies and a Master of Science in International Cooperation Policy. She initially has a MPP (Master of Public Policy) from KDI School of Public Policy and Management in Industrial Policy, Korea.
Sar Oudom, Topic: “Self-Discipline”
I am Mr. Sar Udom, a Marketing and Event manager in Mago Rain. I was a timid guy when I was in high school, and I been developed myself through reading, listening, observation from other and myself, and joining social network, especially, do the work . I am also the member of MasterMind Club. Recently, I just join a restaurant business with a friend that is my new investment.
Through out the years, I found that the people challenge is Self Discipline, we could not manage ourselves well. That is the reason why I start to observe myself when I fail and success from Ms. Eileen, she is the most discipline women. She could manage 4 big businesses at the same time.

Hor Sophanna, Topic: “Technology and Creativity”
Sophanna graduated in Electronic, Automation and Telecommunication Engineering from ITC. Sophanna is currently one of co-founder of SmallWorldCambodia and a founder of ArrowTech that working on Electronic and robotic to serve our everyday live. Furthermore, he is a leader of Khmer Engineering Club that focuses on Open share and Meet Creative Khmer and other creative engineers.
