Through monthly meeting and sharing ideas people could join ideas and form any projects that fit with their interests. They are usually founded this way by different people from different background who have similar ideas or interests. The projects can be a ideas of creating a song for children, for example. It does not need to a world changing idea.

All these project has started by one person or more propose that they want to do something. If there are one or more people interested in the idea and want to make it happen then they can start by using the utility of KYE community to help promote there project or find other interested people to help them work on there project.

Any projects should have team leader, in order to make it happen and keep momentum going. Usually team leader is the one who found the ideas, but it can also be who have the most time available to help it happen.

We don’t expect that all the projects that brought to the discussion must be successful project. It can be a learning experience to get a bigger projects done.

This is a good time for emerging young leader of a company or an organization learn how to work with their peers to development themselves, their community where they live or going to be.
